FCA Lunch and Learn Webinar Hosted by SBMS

SBMS was thrilled to host the Franchise Council of Australia’s (FCA) Lunch and Learn webinar in October, featuring mentor Sara Pantaleo and franchisee Tarn Evans from Ferguson Plarre’s Bakehouse at Queen Victoria Market. The session was titled: “Power Up Your Business: Mentoring That Moves You Forward.”

Tarn openly shared his experience of working with a mentor, highlighting how Sara supported him to navigate challenges, rethink his marketing, improve staffing, achieve better work–life balance, and grow his business. His story was a genuine reminder that mentoring is about listening, guidance, and support that can be a game-changer.
